Additionally, we’re in the process of designing catering boxes, aimed at fostering our relationship with the UTAS teams. These boxes are perfect for catering events in the Inveresk precinct, offering a convenient, delicious, and approachable dining solution for all types of gatherings. If you’re in the mood for something sweet, our Belgium Waffles are a must-try. Whether you’re after something light and healthy or hearty and satisfying, our lunch options are sure to impress.
You can’t go past our Warm Chicken Salad for a fresh and wholesome choice. It’s a colourful mix of flavours and textures with a zingy ginger-miso dressing, crunchy bean sprouts, mixed greens, pickled carrot, cucumber, and red cabbage. It’s dairy-free and can be made vegan on request, so it’s a great option for everyone.
If you’re after something a bit more comforting, our Blue’s Ramen is a winner. Made with a rich 16-hour Tonkotsu pork stock, tender Charshu rolled pork belly, egg noodles, and a fried egg, it’s packed with bold, warming flavours that’ll leave you feeling satisfied.
